Was pleasantly surprised at how thick the book is - it'll certainly last a LONG time! Has all the boxes for the information you need, having a box for additional information is really useful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to track their BP.

This is one of those inexpensive extremely useful things well worth acquiring. Clear simple with plenty of space to write BP readings. Great to record to show medics.

This book is perfect for me, good quality, A4 size, easy to read and understand. I have to take daily BP readings, just wish I could find one that records my daily Insulin amount and 6 blood glucose readings...Definitely recommend
