Great taste! I use this for when I fast and it helps my muscles from aching and gets rid of headaches. Amazing stuff! Definitely recommend if you fast regularly.

Unlike most people I bought this celtic salt to do nasal rinsing as I get sinus problems. I've had a china neti pot for many years and the company I bought it from sinus support suggested that a touch of French atlantic grey celtic salt containing minerals and added to warm filtered and boiled water and poured through the nostrils helps avoid allergies eg hay fever, asthma etc. And it works! So the type of salt I had been using bought from Amazon had run out and was no longer available from them so this seemed the next best thing. But it looks totally different, bigger crystals, and more of an off white colour so some sort of processing. I should have checked more carefully. However, it does seem to be a quality product and obviously suitable for cooking which most people want. I'll continue my search on Amazon for the grey mineral salt I want.

I was a bit unsure about paying this much for salt, but after a recommendation from someone, I thought I'd give it a try, now I wouldn't go back to the cheap stuff again.

I was highly recommended this product from a very dear friend of mine who uses it and didn't realise until I tried it not only in grains but also in cooking. Taking in grains it makes you instantly want to take a drink of water with it. Being a type two diabetic it's healing my kidneys because it rehydrates them and I don't need the toilet as much as I did before. I can now go longer and go for 4 mile walks and not be busting to go. Cooking wise I use organic but it takes it up another level in flavour especially on steak and chicken. It makes them taste so good that the salt can make them taste even better. Absolutely love the stuff. Also taking it daily with water it's the first time in 30 years I've been able to go out and not need to take my medication before I go so it's definitely gotten rid of the aches and pains I was in. Best thing on the market by far. This is definitely a must.

I bought Celtic sea salt to help with clear skin, better gut health, and balance hormones. I take two or three grains under my Tongue with a glass of water. I did see this as a TIk TOK trend but I’ve stuck with it and feel ok. It’s excellent value for money, well packaged for storage. Plus I also use it for cooking and an added addition when making my own butter. I will purchase again.

Eine echte und richtige Meeressalz. 4 mal habe ich bestellt und bestelle ich immerhin weiter. Leider ist aber momentan nicht bestellbar wo ich mir gut vorstellen kann dass die Leute zu viel von diesen wertvollen Salz bestellt haben. Das beste ist das sind alle Mineralien da und alles Naturbelassen.
