The times I've mentioned being clapped out with arthritis on several reviews! Nevertheless, this freezer is a delight to unpack. It comes with two plastic straps, wrapped around the bottomless cardboard box. Underneath is the same plasticky flat piece that the two straps are made of, to cover the whole bottom of the machine, plus another couple of polystyrene edges to ensure everything is safe from transit harm, and getting the thing indoors!That's the amazing bit. I did wonder how I was going to get all the packing off! It's simple. Cut the two straps, and let them fall away. Slice the box down one side, very, very carefully. (You really do not want to scratch your new freezer, DO ya! The cardboard wrap should now fall away from the product.Pull all the soft packing material away from the sides. Slightly lift the freezer and slip it off the bottom packing. (You might want to do this bit indoors, if there are two of you. If not, the garden is fine.)Open lid of the machine once it is indoors and release the basket. Wash, and put back. Release the power cable at the rear, near the compressor. Plug it in after a couple of hours, and Bob's yer uncle! Allow the red light to go out before packing with food. Once the green light is glowing on its own, feed the freezer with munchies! And that's it.Freezer installation: takes about ten minutes or less, if you're on your own. With two of you, it'll be more like well under five minutes to get it done. There is a short user manual and a sticker to pop on the front if you wanna preen about how efficient your new machine is.I love it. Really easy to move about when you need to, and will hold a lot of food. This is big enough for a family of four or six, at a guess.

I don't know why I didn't buy one of these before...it's brilliant.

the freezer was delivered on time and the driver kindly carried it up the stairs to my flat, unfortunately after opening I discovered it was damaged (looked like it had been dropped on the bottom corner) rang up the company who were more than helpful, they quickly assessed the situation and ordered a new one to be delivered and that one to be picked up, all of which was accomplished with no hassle, freezer is great all plugged in and running with no problems, its very spacious and you can fit plenty in it, its actually difficult for me to reach into the bottom but that's a short girl problem!would definitely recommend both the product and the company, brilliant service

The freezer arrived and my daughter unpacked it and it was totally destroyed on the bottom corner and full of dents in the side. I informed them and they said they will collect it to take it back but I HAD TO REPACK IT ALL UP!! i informed them i had lung cancer and couldnt do it but that wasnt good enough! i would NOT buy anything else off these people.

Perfect for filling with enough food to feed an army! I’ve put it in the cellar as I already have an upright fridge freezer, but due to where I live this is ideal to make a supermarket trip and stock up for a few months. Loads of space will make sure I never run out of anything that can be stored. Ideal for large families and saves time with shop top ups.
