Memories
This little book has so many recipes from my childhood in Ireland. Just looking through it brought back the smells of my Mothers baking days. Now I’m passing them onto my grandchildren.Happy days.

Useful recipe book full of lovely recipes
Impulse buy that has exceeded expectation. All but the savoury pie recipes (which without gravy to me are very dry) provide a useful and varied selection of recipes. The wheaten breads were what attracted me to the book initially but I was quickly tempted into making scones, quaint fairy cakes and potato pastries. Great book for my shelf with lush wholesome selection of easy everyday bakery items that taste 100 times better than over processed artificially sweetened manufactured versions.A great find.

I love this book and have learned much from it. I have my own copy, but have bought several as gifts for friends. Highly recommended.

Brilliant Little Book !
Brilliant little book takes me back to when I was a small lad, great recipes the only thing I find puzzling is the temperature they advise to use when making Soda Bread and that is 230C, I do Yorkshire Pudding at that temperature, I bake my Soda Bread at 180C.A Great Book non the less
