When this item arrived and I saw the size (though I knew the measurements when I ordered) I thought this is massive, why did I order such a big mat! BUT and there is a BUT, when I unrolled it and laid it out, it perfectly spanned the width of my two porch doors and in actuality does not look big at all. Its exactly the right size that it should be. I think we (my family and I) are just so conditioned to think the smaller 'standard' size are 'normal'.The mat itself is rubber i think and seems very durable. The design is nice and also functional in that dust and debris gets trapped in the little circles and then you can lift the mat and sweep away the mess.The grooves really help to get rid of debris off your shoes.The mat doesn't slip and move around on the drive unlike all of my previous 'standard' door mats. And also when it rains it doesn't turn into a wet carpet and shedding particals and become dirty.I've had only had it just a few days so far so can't really comment on durability but it certainly looks and feels quality and made to last and take heavy use.

Great outdoor mat just what I was looking for excellent quality.

Good quality, great price

Purchased one a few years ago for outside French doors and the durability has been excellent.I have just purchased a further 6 to cover a decked walkway as it was treacherously slippery. They look good, slip hazard resolved and the mats are heavy enough not to move.

As you can see by the first photo of the large mat the edging is finished than the second photo of the smaller mat. Have put the large and one of the smaller ones as you walk in from outside. Proving good to drain wet soles of footwear especially in the weather of late. The other smaller one is outside but does not drain the rain water off as quickly as I thought it would. Previously had a even smaller mat of the same material which I have had for years drains the water better. As far as how long the mats will last depends on the elements they are exposed to that is weather / foot traffic.

I ordered 2 of the 90x150 cm mats as I wanted to cover the (painted) concrete steps at the front of my building - with the aims of reducing reducing wear on the paint and making them less slippery in the winter. The mats are good quality, strong and durable, look great, and (I'm sure) will do the job perfectly. Delivery was fast (within 2 days of me placing the order), so I'm very pleased overall.

This would be great outside a wide office door entrance to collect dirt from shoes, but I bought this for our garage to put in front of our workbench instead of a carpet rug. It’s so much easier to keep clean and kind to your feet when wearing shoes. It keeps your feet slightly elevated from the cold hard cement floor in Winter and helps with foot fatigue. When you sand or saw anything, all the bits that fly everywhere get caught in the holes as it falls, so it contains the mess quite well, then you just lift the mat up and vacuum the mess away. In contrast rugs get so dirty and need constant cleaning, they slip around on a painted concrete floor & also grab iron filings that are near impossible to get off carpet! I think it was well worth the cost, as this rubber mat will last much longer than a carpet rug for sure. The only thing is, you obviously can’t have a stool that rolls across this mat as it will catch. We have a heavy stationary stool that needs lifting when moving around at the bench, and the feet fit neatly through the holes in the mat. I also like the bevelled edges which stops you tripping on the edge of the mat.

When the surveyor of the house I was buying said that the decking was slippery and a safety hazard, I knew I had to do something. Next door neighbour at my previous house slipped on decking and broke a leg. I researched outdoor mats and found this had good reviews. Have bought four and can confirm they are heavy and don't move, even in recent hurricane winds. I feel safe walking on my new decking now.
