I used the cream to remove hair on my chin and lower face, it wasn't as effective as my usual cream, but seemed to have worked adequately and was not burning my skin. However when I started to apply the moisturiser, after I had removed the original cream, immediately I could feel my skin burning. I had literally only to covered a small area with the moisturiser and scraped it off and washed my face with water immediately, however it's still left these marks on my face as per the photo and had burnt my skin.The moisturiser is meant to soothe the skin after hair removal and be compatible with the original hair removal cream not create a chemical reaction which could have scarred my face if I hadn't managed to get it off as quickly as I did and thankfully I only covered a tiny area of skin before realising it was burning me! I know you have to test the hair removal cream on a small area but I didn't think for one minute I needed to test the moisturiser! Do not buy do not use the moisturiser!

My item was missing the applicator so I had to improvise and use something else. Just thought I’d let you know. Slightly disappointed when I get an incomplete product.

Very good, do read instructions before use. Best to moisturize your upper lip for a few nights before applying then you won't get that burning feeling.
