Q: How do i switch os modes as nothing is stated in the manual and i have an ipad air to experiment with? thanks in advance!

FN [long press left ALT] But that doesn't really work with iPad. Most keys will continue to work exactly as standard, so eg you still can't access the # key to *connect* to the iPad, use FN Q and connect via iPad Bluetooth settings. You can then switch between iPad & PC with FN Q, FN T [wired] or FN R [wireless dongle]

Q: Are there any plans to create software that would support Windows11? My keyboard decided to go crazy and there is no win11 support to try and fix it..

I am running this on windows 11 just fine, make sure you have the keyboard set to windows mode and not iOS

Q: Is the th80 pro iso fully progeammable?

Key mapping, macros and lighting can be done but you need to use the Epomaker app as QMK/VIA is not supported.

Q: Does the TH80 come with a hard dust cover?

No it does not come with one - received today 18/5/23
