There is a knack to using tape pens, and I have had bad functioning tape pens in the past, but these do work well, just not a strong enough adhesive. Very clear on the card, I could hardly see it on the card. I'm a belt and braces body, so when I was making my Christmas cards I was using these tape pens but also spotting silicon glue to make sure it held, however, I must have missed one card, and the following morning, the layer of heavy mirror card was coming away from the base card, and I effortless managed to take it off all together, then added the silicon glue as I did the rest. I haven't solely relied on it as adhesive, using the tape pen holds the layers of card together and the corners flat until the glue dries. It may work okay with lighter card, I would say the card it didn't cope with would have been at least 350gsm.

A while back I bought a number of these for a friend's wedding stationary, and I had enough leftover for the occasional card projects to last me some time after that.This roller adhesive made constructing the wedding stationary quick and simple. It's not the strongest glue, but that's to be expected from a roll on. As long as you press firmly, it should all be fine. There are often problems with the glue run splitting and sometimes the roller gets a bit gunked up, but it only takes a few moments to fix.The one thing that bothers me is the amount of plastic waste involved. In an age where we're all trying to be more eco conscious, this thing has the plastic tape, spools, casing, and even each roller is individually wrapped in cellophane. I've purchased this tape twice over the years, and can no longer justify the plastic waste in the name of convenience.

These pens appear to be a great replacement for the ones that I used to buy from a TV craft channel. I have a lot of experience in using tape pens.I can honestly say that the adhesion is very good and the tape runner glides smoothly. As for the length, I couldn't say with any certainty whether or not you get 10m (as I haven't measured the used tape yet) but I can say, comparing the two different suppliers, that this tape pen appears to have less than that on the other tape pens that I used to buy.Price wise a great comparison 12 for £15.99 with free p&p can't be bad. Whether they last as long only time will tell if they really are such a bargain.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered these. I think they are great, nice and sticky, easy to use the only reason they didn't get 5* was because sometimes if you are not careful then the tape can get caught and it comes out, you can still use it but it's a little tricky. It's not just with these tape pens I've had it with other brands too. Maybe its just me but overall a superb, handy little gadget

Came fairly promptly and well packaged. I am happy with the adhesion and easy use of these tape roller pens. As with all of these type of adhesive runners a bit of it will stick oddly on occasion - something I’ve found regardless of make. Still I’m perfectly happy with them.
