Works perfectly for THROAT snorers !!
Amazing, worked first night !!I'm a throat snorer & keep my partner awake due to it. Have tried the MAD's which draw my jaw forward & they work but make my teeth & jaw sore, so thought i'd try a varitey of throat sprays, this is the BEST one i've tried so far.The taste isnt too great but it's much better than the others i've tried & doesnt make me want to gag. A little awkward to spray as you have to remember to keep your tongue down & flat so that the direction of the spray truely hits throat & uvula, i gave it 3 full sprays, let it dry & then 2 more just in case !!My partner didnt need his earplugs, he slept perfectly & so did i ...... well worth a try.Before you buy, find out what type of snoring you suffer from, do not assume this will help if your snoring comes from your nose. This is a THROAT spray for THROAT snorers.

Dont bother
I saw this product came out first on the one show after being tested so I thought I would give it a go as my husband is a really loud snorer. Unfortunately he still is. This product didn't do anything. So in my opinion it's expensive and it doesn't work so waste of money.

Works as advertised but doesn't taste all that great
So I should say that this apparently good at reducing my snoring (according to my other half), however it tastes absolutely horrible. The aim is to spray the back of your throat but sometimes it's impossible not to end up with some of the solution on your tastebuds. Whilst the taste doesn't last that long, it was enough to put me off using this product and opt for alternatives instead. If you're not as fussy as me when it comes to the taste of the product then this would be a good option but it's certainly something to consider.

Mixed thoughts
It tastes like herbal oils, it’s a bit difficult to spray the first few times but you get the hang of it eventually. It does say on the packet not suitable for asthmatics but I’ve personally found it has made a difference to my asthma. I can see why it would though so be careful if you’re asthmatic and thinking of this!My partner has said my snoring has been better the last few days since using it but that could be a number of other variables too like the weather etc. Not a bad price to give it a try either way.

It had no effect! The advertisement does not match the effect. I did everything as described in the box information and got no result!

Must have for decent nights sleep
I have tried many different products to help with my snoring and allowing all in the house to have a decent nights sleep. This product has been by far the best so far and will continue to purchase. It doesn't taste awful as some have said, a couple of quick sprays to the back of your throat and your done its as easy as that.

Blimey, who'd have thought?
It's not like me to write a positive review, but here goes.The trouble with snoring is that it's different for various people. Some people are nasal snorers, some are throat snorers (I advise using an app on your phone to try and identify which).Personally, I am a little of both, and have hit 80db at times. This is fairly spectacular, as the ENT consultant admired, having discounted sleep apnoea. I have tried pretty much everything on the market, to limited or no success, to the point where I was deciding whether to have the throat surgery (which is only 70% effective).So, nasal strips (marginal improvement), chin strap thingy (no effect), mouth guard (made it worse), nasal plug thingies (acted as a megaphone). The one thing I hadn't tried was the throat sprays.I first used the Nytol foam stuff which improved things quite a bit - the only problem being it's absolutely foul. I then tried this (which is not a foam) and the improvement is remarkable. My wife has not been woken once in a month in the same bed (which is how long my first bottle lasted), where before she was being woken from a different room.This works for me, it may not for you, and I'm sure most snorers are used to trying various methods. I simply ignored the sprays while trying other things, turns out it's the only effective remedy. I use with nasal strips, the combination seems right for me.

Hideous, burning sensation, taking 2 days to recover - Why cant you give zero stars?
I don't usually right reviews but in this case I have to.I'm a reasonable snorer and have been trying for a few months to lighten the impact on my wife. I've tried multiple items and use the app SnoreLab to record my snoring and analyse which factors improve things. Having improved things really well in the last few months I decided to try this snore spray.At night after brushing my teeth I sprayed the item 3 times into my throat and went to bed. I woke up around an hour later with a really painful burning sensation in my throat. I drank some water to try and sooth it and managed to fall asleep again. This process then repeated 3 further times in the night.The next morning my throat felt like it was burnt and blistered on the inside. I kept drinking water to soothe it, and anything else that will ease the pain. I'm now on day three after trying it and the symptoms are finally starting to ease,What have I learnt from this hideous experience? Well actually that the one night trying this spray was my worst recorded night of snoring. As you can see from the attached image. The throat spray made me snore around 4 times more than having a drink.Just an awful awful experience. Avoid.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Apply nightly after brushing your teeth. Tilt your head backwards and spray 3 times to the back of the throat. Spray up to 3 more times if required.
