Supplement with a single type of probiotic in the formula called Brevibacillus laterosporus. Probiotics in general get to the gut and help support the body in various ways. One benefit of talking probiotics is improvements to digestion and flatulence - I didn't see this as special just for this specific type of probiotic but I may be mistaken. Another disappointing feature is the variety of probiotics and volume. You get healthy gut bacteria in the millions per serving but with other brands you're getting much more especially since there is a blend with different types. You get 1 months supply in a bottle (2 capsules a day) for the current price of £26.95 which feels very steep for only one type of probiotic in the current market. The ingredient list is very simple with only 3 ingredients listed including the capsule so this seems like a decent supplement on that front. I would have expected better variety for the price though. In terms of effects, there have been some improvements with flatulence especially in the evening so it does work. Overall not bad but I think a higher concentration would have been better for me.

My mum suffers Diverticulitis and the last couple of months has been having a lot of trouble with going to the toilet. We’ve tried many things but when I saw these I thought they would be great for her to try to see is they would be help her. These tablets have lots of things in them including probiotics which we all know are very good for your gut. If you have trouble swallowing tablets you may have difficulties with these as they are quite large compared to other probiotics we take. Mum has only just started taking these so I can’t say if these are working as of yet. I do think you need to take them for a little while before you.l truly start I see a difference. I think if you are having tummy troubles then these may be worth trying, yes they are expensive but if it means you can go to the toilet with ease and not have that worry then there is no price to be put on that. If these do help mum I would without a doubt continue to purchase these for her.

I'm a big believer that all good and bad health begins in the gut, so, therefore, it is important that we look after it. I wanted to try these as I have recently been introduced to postbiotics so wanted to combine these with them to see if they could improve my gut health. The advice is to take 2 capsules daily, 20 mins before your first meal. This is where it becomes a little bit of a problem for me as it is very seldom I will remember to pop two of these 20 mins before I eat, mainly due to the fact I am usually very busy and don't always get to eat at a set time. This has caused me to forget to take them on many occasions. The capsules are easy to swallow as are not too big and don't have any aftertaste. So far, I can't say I have seen any notable results but as I say, I have been taking them sporadically as I forget, so this could be one reason. I do know though that you have to take supplements consistently for them to work efficiently. What I did like about these, is it says that after taking them for 1 month, you then only need do maintenance which is 2-3 times weekly. This means that when you purchase your consecutive ones, they will last much longer which is better than most supplements that you have to keep up with monthly. Another bonus is they contain no nasties and are organic so therefore I do think they are worth the price tag. I'm more than happy to continue on my journey with these even though I don't always remember to take them due to the time-specific instruction., but if they work, I will consider re-purchasing. 4/5

If you suffer from IBS, Crohn's, and explosive bowel movements, this product may help. I often take Butyrate and this formula is very similar in what it can do. Brevibacillus laterosporus is the active ingredient and it does a similar job to Butyrate in that it calms the gut down. Strengthen Gut Flora. It supports Digestion, Bowel Regularity and so aids the Immune System Support. It supports the gut barrier, which keeps bacteria and other microbes from entering your blood. It can help with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulitis and Crohn's disease. I have Diverticulitis which when it flares up is very painful. Taking this product first thing in the morning on an empty stomach helps heal the gut. It is not a 100% guaranteed fix, but it certainly can ease some of the worst aspects of this condition. This product works well and so long as you are not looking for a 100% cure, it will help and work. Just give it a bit of time as it takes weeks for the gut to fully heal.

As you're meant to take two capsules daily, this is very expensive for a one month supply, and they're not even strong. Shop around to find far better value.

I've tried everything to improve my digestion—drinking liters of water, eating plenty of veggies, switching to healthier foods, and even trying various supplements. But nothing worked as well as this product! It's been a game-changer for me, especially when traveling since my gut tends to act up with different environments and toilets. Bonus: it results in big poops! (Apologies if that's TMI, but I believe more people should know about this amazing product.)

Bought these two together. Really laughed reading the reviews. However I’m a busy mamma of three, so decided to ramp up slowly. Didn’t want to be caught at the pool or out and about with surprises—Ha! Been taking Paratrex 3x a week at 1-2 times a day. There is a clove odor (which I like) and I haven’t burped any of it up. I also haven’t seen any evidence of any organism clean out. I feel like everything is getting cleaned out well though. I will start taking more this week. Taking the Laredo-Flora daily. Switched from another brand, so I started by taking one a day. Seems to be well tolerated by my body. I’m Gluten free and dairy free. I accidentally got a bit of dairy yesterday and had no issues. That’s a first for me and I think these are the reason. While I can’t prove it, I haven’t changed much else other than adding the Paratrex. Experiencing a few good clean outs this AM if you know what I mean. Wink wink. I’ll keep buying!
