Filling is not as pictured
They taste good, but the filling is not as generous as the photo on the package. The pastry is light and delicious, the filling is good, just not not very much of it. They seemed fresh, decent quality for the price.

Packaging was secure and loved the individual packs. I love maamoul while living in the UAE, and was looking forward to this reunion of taste. Although there are 1 1/2 months left on the freshness date, I would say they are less than what I expected. They are not sweet, at all, and it's hard to distinguish a date taste from the outer cookie. Somewhat tasteless, not a favorite. I have had better.
