Really nice

Graphic was nice, but stuck better to the backing paper than transfer plastic. Thin transfer plastic also wrinkled too easily. I've installed many of these types of graphics on past vehicles with little issue, but this one was almost impossible on a horizontal surface. Finally got the graphic off the backing paper with minor tearing, then tried to put on the truck hood but you need 8 hands to keep the transfer plastic from adding wrinkles. Graphic sticks great to vehicle, but I had to rip it all off due to wrinkles I was not able to avoid. I did not communicate to the seller in their defense. Not worth my time to hassle return/refund.

Quality vinyl, looks great and decently easy to install.

I own my own die cutting machine so I'm used to installing these type of decals on vehicles. This is pretty similar to the vinyl that you cut with cricut but it's a better quality vinyl. It's exceptionally sticky so it's obvious that it will last on a vehicle much longer. It was pretty easy to install but then again I'm pretty experienced at it. I did have to take some alcohol and water spray just to clean over the top of it after I was done installing it because it was quite sticky. I would definitely advise cleaning it after installation so that the dirt from the road doesn't stick to the sticky part on the outside of the sticker. Using a credit card will work but if you have a squeegee with a hard side that would be easier to install it. Good value too.

Will not fully release from the backing from the small detailed parts. Seller was supposed to send me a free replacement but that never happened. Still nothing from these people

As someone who is very patriotic (due in part to being born on the Fourth of July) I love anything to do with U.S. history and celebrating America. So, when I saw this distressed American flag graphic from ALDERA GRAPHICS I knew I had to request it and try it out on my van. I love the overall design of the graphic with American flag distressed in black. I like how easy it was to apply and I had it on my white van in about 3 minutes. I love how great it came out on the back left side of my van. The black print of the graphic really pops on the white paint. I like that they included instructions on how to apply this correctly though this was my second time I applying one to my van and I think it came out even better. I’ve taken my van through the car wash 3 times since I have applied this graphic and so far, it’s holding up perfectly well. Hopefully it will continue to do so. Definitely a very cool looking patriotic graphic that I love on the side of my van to show my patriotism. 5 out of 5 stars.

Distressed American flag decal was easy to apply to the tailgate of my truck. Instructions are also easy to follow.

The Aldera Graphics distress American flag in black is a great decal to place on a side window or tail gate of a truck. Generic in design, it is 11-inches by 20-inches in size and can go over small indents and changes in surface. It comes wrapped tightly in a tube and should be flattened out by weighing down with a large book probably overnight to ensure easier installation.The decal has three layers - the bottom waxed paper, the middle decal and a top clear transfer tape. The surface where it is to be applied should first be thoroughly cleaned making sure the full decal will fit. After flattening, rub a squeegee or credit card over the decal to ensure the top clear transfer tape is adhering, then remove the wax paper back and carefully locate the decal. Us the same squeegee or credit card to remove all bubbles and get a firm seal. Then, starting at a corner, remove the top transfer layer at a 45-degree angle, leaving the decal in place.The decal is designed to withstand normal wear and tear, car washes and sun for up to five years or more. It is supposed to be removable without leaving a residue.It looks great once installed!
