I purchased this for my mother. I usually get Veet for her but decided to try the Nads product. Verdict: Total waste of money. The instructions were adhered to the letter but the product didn't remove ANY of the old lady facial hairs not one! It does get uncomfortable apparently creating a burning sensation on the skin. The soothing cream included helps hence the single star rating. Later in the week I had to go out and get a packet of Veet which did the job for her. A waste of time and money. I don't recommend!!!

It works. Doesn’t seem to irritate the skin at all. Leaves no hair. Downside: it absolutely stinks when you’re applying. Smells awful.

I have purchased this product a number of times now and it had already “turned” when I have opened the new packet. The removal cream should be white in colour but it was a creamy/ yellow colour. This is what I would expect with a tube that had been open for a while. I even complained to the manufacturer directly and they sent me out replacements which were the same. Having used this product for a few years I don’t understand what has changed. I have tried them to see if they had just changed the colouring but not a single hair was removed. I had to give a rating to be an able to post this review. Zero ⭐️

Perfect! The reviews seem a bit hit or miss but I gave this ago as I can't find my usual Veet upper lip hair removal cream anywhere!! I am pleasantly surprised- no bad smell, no tingling or pain! Made sure I did it for 4 minutes only, and then I like to put some coconut oil on the area afterwards as it can get dry. 5 stars! My new fave!

I was so excited to use this reading mostly positive reviews and considering it was made specifically for sensitive skin. I didn't even think my skin was highly sensitive but it clearly is. It's the day after and my face is BURNING! I have a red rash like burns. It did work by removing the hair but the pain is awful. It's my first time ever using a facial removal cream as I am getting older and my "side burns" fluff on my face is getting more noticeable. I wanted to avoid dermaplanning but I regret this sooo much. I have a bad rash by my side of my face and my lip is swollen! I tested on my arm first with no reaction. Put on my face and was fine during, but dreadful after and getting worse with time. Sensitive around the eyebrows as well but not as bad. Can be due to other skin care products used - currently on tretinoin, but then a disclaimer should be added. The only positive is that it did remove the hair. Currently using Sudoderm for the burns on my face.

When I first received this. I couldn’t wait to use it. I thought it was Nair. But it’s Nad's. So I left it my chin and upper lip for 5 minutes like the direction said. (This is when I first used it.) And it didn’t work. So I waited to use it again for a month cause I didn’t think that it would work again. This time I left it on for 10 minutes and this time it worked. I used a spatula that comes with my other hair removal. And it came off really good. I think I didn’t leave it on long enough when I first used it. I think I read the amount of time wrong. But I’m so glad that I didn’t have no irritation after. Now my upper lip and chin feels better.

J'avais du mal à trouver ce genre de produit. Ca fonctionne très bien. Ca brule un peu.

Muy cómodo de utilizar, con los 4 minutos de espera hace efecto para la caída del vello, no hace falta más, útil su aplicado para no tocar la crema depilatoria, sin efectos de rojeces después de la depilación.
