Such great fun
I absolutely love this kit. The cheese, especially the ricotta and mozzarella, is so easy to make and tastes delicious. It is really good fun and the kit has plenty of ingredients to make several batches.I was amazed that I could have fresh warm ricotta after about 30 minutes.Highly recommend this product

Cheese making for first time
Easy enough to use, but as a first timer I don't expect to get it perfect. With a bit more practice and confidence it could get better. Fun and simple to use

Very good kit!
Really liked making cheese - fun and easy using this kit! Made mozzarella in about an hour all in all, and I'm sure with a little practice I can do even better (photo of my first attempt attached!). Be prepared for things to get hot when you are stretching the cheese (especially if you don't have a microwave), other than that it goes swimmingly. Enjoy!

easy peasy cheesy
Easy to follow recipes as long as you follow to the letter and are fond of soft cheeses. Makes delish ricotta especially. A good starter set to get going and a lot of fun.
