At the price you would be forgiven for being skeptical about performance and longevity but, to be honest, I have experienced failure and disappointment with top name brands, such as Philips and Osram, costing over ten times as much. Whilst I would still probably opt for a name brand as the mainstay, my take on these is this: for the price they are absolutely perfect to have in the car as an emergency back up when one of your bulbs decides its time to quit and leaves you stuck - usuallyin the dark and late at night ( I had this happen to me - 1am, leaving work to drive home and BOTH lamps popped. God was I glad then I had bought these and had them in the glove box.!) But, that is not to do them a disservice - The ones I have installed have been going strong, and reliably so, for over a year now so full credit to them. As a really affordable lamp to carry as a spare in case of emergency, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good quality h7 car headlight bulb Value for money

I'm now buying car bulbs online, having become fed up with paying vastly inflated prices at the motoring stores in UK retail parks. (You know who I mean!) Despite some 'scare' reviews about cheap halogen bulbs, these have been perfectly fine - they're not noticeably dimmer than any other bulbs, and neither have they failed prematurely. As far as I can tell they're just as good as any other bulbs...only much much cheaper! In terms of brightness, I'm a bit sceptical about some of the claims that are made. I've tried buying the 'x% brighter' bulbs that car shops sell and I've seen minimal difference. Similarly with the 'blue-ish' bulbs that are sold. In fact, there seems to be a bigger difference from the headlight design of your car. On the wife's car, low beam headlights running H7 bulbs are nice and bright. On my car, the low beams (running similar H7 bulbs) seem a bit dim but the high beams (also H7 bulbs) are very bright. I can't explain it, but I don't bother looking for the premium (allegedly brighter) bulbs any more.

Absolutely fantastic product. I was a bit skeptical about the quality before ordering due to the low price. How wrong I was! The quality is superb and I have no hesitation in recommending. TOP TIP - Having seen a few reviews stating that bulbs blew within a few days/week, I took extra care in changing the bulb and inserting the new bulb. I used a disposable rubber glove when handling the bottom of the bulb, making sure that I didn't touch the glass bulb area that lights up (the bulbs come with a foam sleeve that cover the glass so that is great too). I've had the bulb in the car now for 1 month. Still works fine and as good as bulbs that are five times the price. Don't hesitate to buy!

Checked everything very low life

I searched for replacement bulbs when one of my famous brand ones blew after many years of service and was shocked by the current prices for brand name bulbs. So, I turned to the search engines and started sifting through the numerous hits. Eventually found these, read the reviews and took the plunge. Being on a tight budget, I was also swayed somewhat by the low price. They arrived quickly, within a couple of days of my placing the order. The first thing I noticed is they look and feel very solidly made - not cheap, light and thin as the ones I purchased from a well-known discount store which lasted less than a week and had to be returned. The second thing is the quality of the light they emit. Perhaps it was because my old bulbs were just that - old (about 6 or so years), but the light from these bulbs appears whiter whereas the previous ones produced more of a yellowish tint to the beam. Finally, four of these quality bulbs for less than the price of one branded one??? To quote another reviewer, "no brainer". Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend them. I certainly will check them out for any more bulbs I need in future.
