Babyliss Pro Black Porcelain Triple Barrel Waver - Creates Gorgeous Waves Instantly

Really like these wavers.. I'm a hairdresser and don't have alot of time to do my own hair. These heat up quickly, really easy to use on your own hair. U can take big sections and just wave through the ends of it or if I have abit more time I take smaller sections and do it right from the root. If I use styling products before and after using them the waves stay in for a week. It does give it a crimped wave, rather then a curl wave but I prefer that, and obviously drops abit by the end of the week, but still gives a messy wave. Have used them every time I've done my hair since having them, makes my hair feel much thicker aswel which is always a bonus.

This product is very good value for money if you're looking for long lasting "beach" hair. The product has amazingly variable heat settings and is easy to get on with (always mind the ears though - it hasn't gotten any safety cushions like some other products)The product is quick to heat up and each section of hair can be done in good time, depending on the desired end result. I wouldn't reccomend this product for thick or very long hair because it would take a very long time to do the sections properly. I would also say invest in a very good heat protective product because you're leaving your hair clamped in this very hot product for 15-20 seconds for each wave.Only downside is that it has a metal "stand" so that you don't burn or singe your surfaces while you're sectioning hair, but i find it to be more of a hindrence than a help

The position of the on off switch means you to end up turning it off while curling your hair, losing heat but you don’t realise , then end up waiting and re doing the same sections of hair , therefore too much heat , not great for the hair. this is same with all babyliss curlers and I thought they’d have changed this by now. Shame as otherwise I think babyliss are best on the market for curling irons.It heats up quickly, but curls dont work on long thick hair, however can assume on thinner hair it would look awesome.

I’ve been looking for a tool that’s nice and easy to use, my hair length is awkward to curl and have found this creates lovely waves on my short hair, quick and easy to use in the morning and the range of temperate settings work great! Would defiantly recommend this product!

I’m desperate to achieve the wanded look my hair dresser creates but I’m not dexterous enough to use a curling iron (or patient enough) I thought I’d try these, and like all babyliss products it is good quality but it does only give a soft ‘crimped’ look not a true wave - I’ll keep looking

I bought this because I was starting to get bored of just having curly hair like you get for a normal curling iron. It does take some getting used to but once you get the hang of it you can do your whole head in 10-15 minutes, depending on how thick your hair is.It has a heat setting where you can decide how warm you want it to be. I have to use it on the highest setting as my hair is thick and I have a lot of it which makes it more difficult to curl than thin hair.I would recommend using a heat protective glove until you get used to it because it is quite large and there isn't really any part you can hold it other than the handle. I did burn my fingers a few times when getting to the tips of my hair and have to be careful.I also think this looks more natural if you leave a few centimetres of hair out of the barrel when you reach the end of your hair as it can otherwise bend it a slightly awkward way. Is gives me the look of having slept in braids all over my hair and I absolutely love it.

Really easy to use. I’ve used it on my own hair which is a short (fine) bob, plus my two step daughters hair. One has shoulder length hair and the other has really thick hair down to her bottom. It worked well on all of us. Just watch your fingers though as it’s really hot!

Loads of copies on the market but no worth going cheap
