Huge heating pad. Covers my entire back, hips and neck at the same time. Very soft. Heat is controllable and very accurate. The best heating pad I have ever bought.

Large size, long enough cord and heats up fast. Soft contact is nice. Would recommend.

Been using this for months now and it's still great. The fabric of the cover is super soft and cozy. The controls are easy to use. I love the vast customizability of the heat settings. You have very light warmth upwards of VERY warm. Way too much heat at the top end for my own needs; I only need the low and medium end of the range. The broad range of shut off times works great as well. I now have 2 of these, 1 for my bedroom and 1 stored in my living downstairs. Super brilliant!

Works well. Good thermostat and timer. Looks durable (just bought it). Liteweight. Heats up well, quickly, uniformly.

This pad does everything it's advertised to do. Excellent and heats very quickly. The reason I gave it only four stars is because the little screen where the setting number shows is very faint and hard to see. As you click to increase the heat level the numbers are almost impossible to see. They should be bright, white or yellow or something. When you turn the pad on it defaults to heating level one. I know that if I click the up button twice, I'm on level three, which is my preferred setting. So it's not a major issue, but it would be nice if the numbers could be easily seen.

Wow!! I absolutely love this XXL heating pad! I have burned through several others quickly for a myriad of reasons. However, this heating pad is huge!! Longer and wider. Someone mentioned that there was no timer and gave a negative review, but there is a 2 hour timer. It is surprisingly lite and thick. So much so that you can't feel the wires inside. The feel is soft and cuddly and is perfect for those days that you are tense or have pain. HIghly recommend!!

Big, plush and warm. You can set the timer for two hours or you can leave the heating pad on as long as you would like. Level 1 is plenty for me, but there are higher levels to choose from. Happy with it so far.

It’s a nice size and comfortable. I primarily use the heat between level 4 & 6, it’s very effective. But, after about fifteen minutes or so the heat dwindles to almost nothing. I would prefer constant heat. Other than that, I am satisfied with the pad.

Whilst the product appears to be very well made, it fails in it's functionality. On its highest heart setting, it can only be described as mildly warm and it's no use at all for its intended purpose. I cannot recommend this product
