This is what you're looking for - easy and effective
I've never written an Amazon review before, but as a first time mother I am SO appreciative of products that make things easy and help me quickly get things done, so here we go with my first review (by way of my husband's account). Got this out of the package, didn't need directions to immediately use it! No sizing issues. No silly bells and whistles. Just a velcro strap with slits for breast shields and another strap to put around your neck. I use this just to hang the strap from my neck while i put the strap on, though I guess if I had larger breasts it'd be good extra support too. I love this thing! Want something easy and effective to allow for hands free pumping? This is what you're looking for.

Best for double pumping but works for simultaneous pumping/nursing
I love that this bra is highly adjustable. I bought this bra because I wanted to have the flexibility to both nurse and pump at the same time. I also didn't want to buy multiple pumping bras to replace my nursing bras. Maternity wear + baby items add up! It's easy to wash and store, not taking up much space. I like that I don't have to fiddle with any latches, snaps, etc.After using this bra for about 4 months I am still glad with my purchase. However, as somebody who was an A or AA cup pre-maternity I would caution other small chested women that the bra opening may prove difficult for your child to fully latch when nursing, even when you have it tightly secured.The bra holds the flanges of the pump really securely. As others commented, the velcro is really loud, so it will wake up your sleeping child or be noticeable in a small quiet office.

Just ok.
I wanted to love this as I have a 3 week old and a very busy 2.5 year old so I need my hands free as much as possible. The openings are kinda odd (I am currently 34/36 D) and I have to fiddle with it quit a bit to get my nipples placed appropriately to be able to get the flanges centered as needed. the bottom half of the pumping bra fits very loose but the top is tight, and if I use my spectra S9 while wearing this bra (no matter how tight I wear it) I am repositioning quite a bit to keep centered in the flange. I am hands free which is why I still give it a couple stars, but I am definitely adjusting very often through each pumping session so it makes it difficult to actually do anything else during that time otherwise the flanges rub and make it very uncomfortable. it seems to work great for many, but its not a favorite item for me unfortunately.

Snug fit, happy mama
Makes pumping easy. I was not really sure which size to order. Pre pregnancy I was a 34DDD. That puts me in a weird size category. I went with the smaller of the two options and it seems to be working out. The bra is eaily adjusted and the seller sent an email with great instructions. I like how eaily it holds the flanges in place and the optional neck strap for added support. I use over a regular nursing bra and it made for a quick pumping session.

Hands Free Pumping Made Easy
The Pump Strap is a genius invention that has made pumping that much more enjoyable! So Thank You to the mother who created it! The material is comfortable, machine washable and easy to use after reviewing the video online. My only suggestion to users is when un-velcroing the strap, do so FAR AWAY from your baby, as it is very loud and startling to a little one. My feedback for the creator is that I wish there was a loop or extra velcro piece to secure the unused portion of the strap. I would wear this all day as a belly binder and then shimmy it up for use as the pump strap if I could find a way to fasten the extra material. Otherwise, this product is GREAT and I highly recommend to mothers who need their hands free while pumping.

Well made, comfortable, but a bit loud and not very wide
Six month update: I've been pumping 5-6 times a day for 6 months straight and using this every time except when I wash it once every couple of weeks. It's held up like a champ! I don't take it on and off using the velcro at all, just slip it over my head. It hasn't stretched out, the velcro is still hardcore and it hasn't retained a smell or anything weird as I've read others have. There's no discoloration, the only thing I've noticed is a slight splitting of the fabric on one side, but honestly the way this has held up for the price? I'm upgrading from 4-5 stars. And ordering another.I love that this is so adjustable and seems to be very well made and fairly heavy duty. I wish they made wider versions for well endowed girls - I'm a size 38E at the moment and though this does fit (very easily) around, I'm hanging out the bottom quite a bit. Not uncomfortable for me, but I don't think I will be using it around others! The other thing is the velcro - again... it's heavy duty and holds like a champ. It's not quiet though, at all. If my newborn is sleeping nearby, I have to walk into another room and close the door to take it off.All in all, great product and I would order again, though an improvement or two would be welcome!

A+ hands free pumping!
I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm self-employed and a mom-on-the-go, so being able to pump hands-free is important to me. It's also important that I'm able to pump while I'm out and about during the work day. I tried other pumping bras like the Medela bustier, but being large-busted, I couldn't find one that fit, was comfortable, and easy to put on/take off. This pump strap turned out to be the solution to all those problems! It's easily adjustable and since it has a Velcro closure, it's easy to use (even in small spaces, like my car for instance ;) ). It works well with both my Medela pump and my Advent pump. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Awesome alternative to Pumping Bra
Love this product! As a big busted lady (40G) I didn't think I would never find a pumping bra. The strap is great. It is completely adjustable to size. I can wear it over the top of my other nursing bras, and I can just put it on when I need to pump. I find it works better when I do wear it over another bra, or if I wear it without another bra I use the strap that came with it. I really think it helps with milk expression too because of the extra compression. I have a Medela Pump In Style advanced double pump and before I had the strap I really struggled to get both shields in place and then turn the pump on and it just the suction etc, not to mention I couldn't do anything except for sit there and hold the shields in place. Now my hands are free and I can even use my phone to look at pictures of my baby while I pump, which helps too! I'm so glad that I came across this alternative to a pumping bra.

Absolutely Perfect!!
My wife tried the brand that made her breast pump and it took both of us to get it on, it was way too tight!! With this one she can put as tight as she needs it and it stays in place and we don’t get any air leak alarms with it either. Velcro is strong and hopefully it stays that way!! We highly recommend this bra instead of other one because of the fit!!

Just what I needed
I had been looking alllllll over for something like this. A hands free pumping bra that I didn't actually have to wear. This hands free pumping "bra" is awesome! I only pump at work so I needed something quick and easy. I didn't want to/couldn't just wear pumping bras under my cute work clothes... so this is great, I fold it up and it fits with the rest of my pumping stuff in my purse and when I'm ready I just clip down my nursing bra and strap this one over it. I've been using it for about a week now and couldn't be happier! I'm a 34D and the strap is incredibly adjustable. I probably have it on one of the tightest settings so there's plenty of room to grow for the larger chested ladies - that's also when the included support strap might come in handy, but I don't really bother with it.
