I am beyond impressed with L'Oréal Excellence Créme in 8.12 (Natural Frosted Blonde). I have naturally medium-dark hair and a stubborn amount of grey, so I’m always nervous about at-home color—but this exceeded all my expectations. The Results: • Impressive Lift: It lightened my dark base beautifully without looking brassy or orange. The "frosted" tones are cool and sophisticated. • 100% Grey Coverage: Every single grey strand was completely covered. It blended perfectly with the rest of my hair. • Hair Health: This is the best part—my hair actually feels softer and healthier now than it did before I colored it. It has a gorgeous shine and doesn't feel brittle or "fried" at all. If you’re looking for a reliable dye that provides high-end results and leaves your hair feeling silky, I can’t recommend 8.12 enough!

I used to use an "easy peesie" brand of Dark Blonde dye but after they merged their dark blonde options into one I stopped using both the permanent and semi permanent as it turned my hair distinctly gingery. I've just used this 6.11 Ultra Ash Dark Blond option and I'm very pleased so far. It's covered my greys up quite nicely and I like the colour - the cool ash claim has definitely worked! Application was good, it's not runny and I liked the comb applicator that comes in the box, although you do need to squeeze quite hard to get it through to the ends, it will be really helpful when it comes to doing my roots in a few months time! It didn't drip while I was waiting the 30 minutes for development and it washed out well. The blue/purple mask was good, but do watch out as it does stain any surface it finds! I'll be continuing to use this colour going forward. Hopefully the photos are helpful - I'm naturally light brown, but find light brown dye too dark. 6.11 Ultra Ash Dark Blond is perfect for me to get an all over light brown looking colour without too much gingeryness.

This is a very good quality hair dye. I prefer the ash tones because they don’t turn warm after a few washes. I use a blue shampoo once a week to keep the colour from going brassy and it works perfectly with this shade. It’s easy to apply, the conditioner smells amazing and the result looks like a salon colour if you apply it correctly. Much cheaper than going to a salon & the finish is just as good. Hey all, so I had very washed out dyed red hair & fancied a change so chose brown. I foolishly went for a different brand and the first photo is the 'brown' it went to. I felt it re brought out the red! In the daylight it just looked red I was gutted. I did a LOT of homework to find the right brown by this brand. I really wanted to try the new universal one but it seems to be sending hair black which was my worry with any brown dye. I Chose tempting chocolate as it didn't have any worrying words like ash or ice or frosting etc which I learned is why my red got revitalized. I was still worried this might go black but I am happy to report it is brown and no black in sight! It is sooooo soft I was to keep touching it all the time :) the shampoo with this is brilliant BUT should have a screw lid so we can use for next time not all of us need a whole tube of it. The conditioner is lovely. My hair has been washed three times since putting this dye on and all signs are super positive. It looks less darker than the second photo now, it is still a bit darker than the box BUT I have brown hair which is what I wanted for now so I am super happy with it. I might use a lighter shade of brown down the line I am not sure yet I am growing out a buzzcut so never know with me what I will try/do next. But overall this for me is the adult dye , it does what you want/need. Lives up to the beauty promise, lush hair after. This is the only dye I will use from now on the others I have tried & they just don't last & don't condition my hair like this dye line does.

Gives good coverage. Colour lovely and bright but not brass. Really like using it as it lasts well.

Voici enfin une coloration qui colore réellement les cheveux, après avoir essayé 4 autres coloration de marque plutôt connue voici enfin une coloration qui colore aussi les cheveux blanc . J'ai procédé comme indiqué j'ai appliqué sur cheveux sec en commençant par les cheveux blanc et j'ai laissé posé 30 min en tout, ensuite j'ai rincé puis , j'ai fait le shampooing qui sent super bon et le soin que j'ai pour ma part posé également sur les racines . Le résultat est comme espéré, j'ai fait que les racines et vu ma longueur de cheveux pour faire toute une longueur jusqu'à la taille il faudrait compter 3 boîtes . J'ai pris la couleur 500, je joint des photos avant et après. Mes cheveux sont brillant, maintenant reste a voir si la couleur va tenir dans le temps et non pas s'estomper autrement dit je le recommande a 100%

Meine natürliche Haarfarbe ist/war dunkles Aschblond und dachte mir, dass ich es doch einmal mit dieser Färbung versuchen könnte. Der Geruch war etwas streng, hatte mich aber nicht weiter gestört. Meine Haare wurden natürlich nicht so hell wie auf dem Bild, dennoch bin ich zufrieden. Nun ist die Farbe so ein Mittelding zwischen Mittelblond und Dunkelblond. Eine richtig angenehme Farbe und ich habe keinen Rot-, Gelb- oder Orangestich! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wer natürlich so hell werden möchte wie die Dame auf dem Bild, der kommt um eine Blondierung nicht herum, wenn man nicht schon von Natur aus ein helles Blond hat. Frauen die eher braunes oder noch dunkleres Haar haben, kann ich diese Färbung nicht empfehlen.
