The chair is better than nothing
It's comfortable. And it works as a office chair. It looks Herman Miller, especially from far away. However, the plastic feels hard and cheap. And the arm rests feel wobbly. It looks better than it feels. There are cheaper options on Amazon that seem like they might be better. So I will probably return it.

Worst product with even worse after sales support.
Warranty only applies to mechanical items but a few months of use and the back structure snapped. It is a terrible product with terrible support.It's supposed to be reclining and me NOT obese or heavy used this in my home office and it broke so easily. Bad craftsmanship, don't waste money on this.
