Hi I don't really know - I bought mine for my Harley

Q: Will this work on a Vespa 50cc?

It should work well on most 12v batteries, I have a 1200 and mine keeps the battery in tip topcondition

Q: Can you use on 2 bikes at once

Haven't tried it, text the makers. I do alternate 1week on the bike and a week on the car, I have no battery problems this way.
