 Poor directions. Poor structure. Loose electric connections. Terrible design.The nut that attaches the press handle to the hot plate continuously comes loose and creates metal shavings from the friction. There is an awful smell when heating up and in use. Base is small and tips easily if you don’t mount it to something.

Worked very well. So far I’ve had no issues.

Update company fixed the problems I had am I have now made around 100 shirts with the press. Works greatI would love to love it but the hat attachment is broke and the handle that screws into the top wheel won’t screw in. Plus the lock is missing to keep it from rotating. I am going to email the company and if they make it right I will fit my review to reflect that

The free manual must have been written by someone for whom english is not their primary language. Still, the product is quite good, and if you YouTube a couple of videos, you can figure it out. Very sturdy. Heavy. Industrial-feeling. I feel like it was worth the money!

I would never buy this product again or recommend it to friends. Other than heating properly and being a heat press there is nothing good to say about it. None of the attachments fit properly excpet for the big press plate, the power cord that was provided with the press melted into my outlet almost causing a fire, it beeps incessantly no matter how you set it or reset it it never stops beeping. I was super excited to recieve this product but now i wish i could throw it out the window.

Everything came as requested. I have used the big press and the cup press, no funny smell like some other presses. I used heat transfer vinyl for everything and it came out as expected.

Super easy to set up. I wish it came with better instructions in the box. I searched youtube for a video to watch. I search the internet for how to operate it as well.

This heat press is really well constructed & easy to use! Temperature & timer works great as well. Heats quickly and doesn't beep excessively when warming up like my old one! Does a GREAT job with pressing and the swing away is perfect for what I needed! really love it! Is compact easy to use and works perfect and the price is unbeatable.
