Apart from not respecting the colour&shape advertised - compare yourself, its hard to pop the capsule out as others have mentioned here too, not handy at all. Otherwise easy to swallow.

Early days so I've not yet had bloods redone to check my levels however I have more energy and they are tolerated well so far. Rather surprised by how bright blue they are though, very pretty and would be attractive to kids as they look like sweets.

Great price but 3 stars as a nightmare to pop out of the packet
