The product itself is very good, but when it arrived the pipette which is made of glass, was smashed. I have emailed the company Body wonders twice and yet they do not have the courtesy to respond. This lack of response is why I am not giving 5 stars. The oil itself is worth 5 stars, but not Body wonders and I loathed to buy another of their products. So, 5 star for the great oil and 3 maybe 2 to Body wonders and their rudeness.
