This book will not be for everyone. It will appeal to people with a philosophical outlook who give a lot of thought to all aspects of life and of human behaviour. The great majority of quotes here, and there are a mountain of them, have something important to say and be considered. Good book full of interesting quotes separated into different categories.

The Big Book Of Quotes is one of many books of quotes I have read, this being the best one I have purchased. The book contains quotes from many different subjects and from people from all walks of life. Many of the quotes make you think and feel many different emotions and especially the ones you can relate to. A very good book from start to finish.

I do love a good quote. I decided to pick up The Big Book of Quotes by M Prefontaine because I was looking for specific quotes for scrapbook that I am currently making and whist the book didn’t include the category of quotes that I needed I did enjoy reading the quotes in this book. The quotes cover topics from life, love, death, hope, courage to George W Bush (this section is particularly titillating) and the spectrum of quotes are diverse as they are funny. My husband said it’s n amazing book

Big book of quotes certainly lives up to its name with well over 3,000 quotes. There is certainly one for every occasion. Many of the quotes I haven't seen before so it is a good read as well as a reference.

I really enjoyed this book, but because of its complexity, it’s not a “take to bed to read!” Definitely a dip into book. Thought provoking.

I ordered this product fall 2024 and have read about five pages. I'm reading about politics, a topic early in the book. I'm enjoying reading this book because there are a good variety of quotes, they are organized by topic, and the quotes are a quick read allowing me to pause reading anytime. I recommend this book to ages 18+.
