I agree with the most of the other reviewers have said some if it is a little out of date and some worksheets would have been useful.

Ideal resource for that 8am call that you are needed in half an hour and no work has been set! Most activities/lessons can be easily adapted to suit various ages. Well written with advice and tips for the newbie supply as well as activities set out in order. Includes sections on all subjects, information for supply teachers and classroom management. A must have for your supply "kit bag"

As a supply teacher you never know what you are walking into... Even classes that have plans don't always end up running as planned (technology fails, handouts are missing, etc). This book goes with me to every supply job I have.

This is a great little book and will be invaluable no matter how long you have been in the profession.

It's Ok, but I wouldn't say it's great. Some ideas are good but many I already new about, I thought it would have more exciting ideas.

Whereas the ideas are good, I had expected 100 lesson ideas and thats not what you get

Lots of good lesson ideas which is ideal for when there has been no planning left in a class by the teacher.

The ideas in the book are good but I think that most of the ideas help if you are working full time in a school.
