Fits securely on your head, excellent head piece when you need your hands free

Umbrella hat, good whilst it lasted.
It is small, compact and brightly coloured. Fits on the head, but better used with hair grips. It doesn't do well in windy weather. Unfortunately my dog chewed it and destroyed it.
