I used this every day, 3 times a day (6 mugs) for making cappucinos and flat whites with skimmed milk. Batteries last well. You can use this to make direct intot he cup or mug as long as you dont fill them up to the top - leave an inch at least. Consistent . Mine lasted 18 moths before the whisk stem broke. :( have ordered other (cheaper) types but they are too powerful and send the milk flying all over the place. Have come back to this one.

The Ventuci premium milk frotter arrived by friday 4 August 2017, and was very well and securely packaged. Great delivery service by 121warehouse.I'm really delighted with this purchase. Very easy to use, with a soft grip, and powerful enough to do the job it is build for. A little fiddly the first time putting the batteries in place, but the second time this was no problem anymore.This little piece of beauty, in a nice and modern colour, exactly as shown on the picture, really froths the milk up brilliantly in about 20/30 seconds. Use full milk, add a bit of sugar (powder) for the best results. You can triple easily the amount of milk, obtaining a firm, soft and delicious creamy milk.I also use it for making smooth salad dressings. Enough power to do the job.Place regular batteries rather than rechargeable ones for the highest performance. (1,5 V vs 1,2 V)I can recommend this little milk frotter to anyone who wants a device that does its job as expected, is very well build and easy to use, and has a nice and modern look. So, no doubt: a well earned 5 stars for this Ventuci premium frotter, and the same appreciation for 121warehouse for its correct and very quick delivery.

When I first got this frother I absolutely loved it and did exactly what I wanted it to do. Although, approximately 4 months after getting it it no longer frothed the milk. I know have a coffee maker which has a steam arm on it so I've no need for a frother now.

My old cat loves milk but I shouldn't give her milk as she is a cat... She gets lively and her eyes shine only when I give her milk. I was giving about <0.1ml occasionally in the past. She is now more than 90 years old human age. I decided to make milk foam. As this item makes a lot of milk foam, she doesn't consume too much milk whilst can enjoy it as milk foam. She loves its texture. 1/5 mug cup of milk gets milk foam up to near top edge of the cup. She can only get the top part, a tablespoonful. She comes to the kitchen and waits for it as soon as she can hear its maker's sound.

Very Effective.Very useful if I am doing one cup as the steamer on my coffee machine is not the best for small quantities. The best froth is from full fat milk and I have found that moving the tip around gently under the milk helps too.

I have spent sub £10 on these milk frothers in the past and the battery life is poor with little power and they break for a pastime. Don't waste your money and time buying cheap rubbish - the Ventuci is BRILLIANT PIECE OF KIT WHICH DOES WHAT IT SHOULD - it is powerful and thickens double cream really quickly, plus the batteries seem to last longer than on inferior models which I have previously purchased. I own a busy country pub and this milk frother is understandably very well used and my staff love it.
