The recipient was well pleased with this. Well made and fitted a treat. Arrived very quickly.

Like it a lot, easy to put together though there are no instructions so I followed a youtube video. Only problem is that with the type of bang I have (one the hangs down he sides), because there are not two supporting down poles, the corner of my bag keeps rubbing against my wheel. It is ok if the bags are filled since the contents push the bags out a little but very annoying when the bags are empty. This rack is more suited to bags that sit on top of the rack (could also be a design fault of the bag). Also the poles only just fit length wise and could have done with being a bit longer for my bike.

Easy to install and reliable

Absolulty crap seriously they have made every effort to get my goat 🤤take a look if your looking to put a Lanier bag onto this you will find that the side guard is terrible and way to short and will not stop the bag from hitting your wheels and really annoying you big time.you might think oh well I'll just have the side higher along with the whole p annier rack but the god dam things that attach the bike to the rack is way to shirt and you struggle to get it right enough

Instructions in German so not at all easy to install.Very fiddly and rattles.

Good as far as it goes...but bad design lets it down. Heavily over engineered in the wrong places and a real pain to attach. With just a little more thought - like extending the lower support arms just a little and reducing the number of screw points and length of some screws they could make it better stronger and cheaper....Someone asked if it it could be stolen because of the Quick release...Not a chance as you have then to unscrew a whole lot of other screws....The quick release is pointless..

I got a very expensive bike and just fitted this brilliant rack so pleased with it
