I use this with a Gaggia Platimum coffee machine. Cheaper than the Gaggia offical descaler, and so far there doesn't seem to have been any side-effects or blockages. The vivid red colour is a little off-putting - do I really want to put this in the machine?, what happen if it dyes the pipes????! But I needn't have worried, and in actual fact the colour helps you see if the rinsing has been fully flushed through.

Can't complain fast delivery and used it the first time To clean my machine and its now back to running smoothly. I even soak the ports filter and shower screen in a small bowl to deep clean them and it works a treat. I prefer this to tablets as it doesn't leave any residue and also it goes completely through the machine. You have to add it into your water tank. When this runs out I will be back for more

It works and so easy to use. No damage to my kettle or coffee machine. I use it every few months for more then 2 years now.

On my second bottle, but lasts a while. I use it on my Delongi scultura expresso maker and seems to do the job. Mostly use it on my kettle and it definitely does the job, quickly too.

I have a delonghi coffee machine which needs descaling about every 2 Months... I ordered this as I already have some of their cleaning tablets which are economical and work well... The folks at ambiclean are also very helpful.... I've used this product once so far... It works as far as I can see and much much cheaper than the delonghi equivalent...

Our Philips steam generator iron was getting a bit clogged up with scale, and occasionally emitted a load of brown bits all over the ironing. This cleaner has restored it to like-new performance. There is plenty of concentrate left for several more cleanings.Overall, very pleased!

This stuff is great. Literally eats lime scale - you can hear it fizzing away as it chomps it away, leaving a nice shiny finish. Gets your kettle back to new, and also works in the tassimo type things. Might try it on my taps next.

Great not having to wait for my normal tablets to dissolve. Was efficient at descaling and colour meant that I knew with certainty that the fluid had all been flushed out of my coffee machine!
