This is excellent for reversing balding on the head. I think it might need continuous usage. I am just waiting for my hair to be long enough to keep the wig on without a hat especially indoors

Easy to take, seemed to improve energy and make the day more fulfilling.

Like most supplements I find it impossible to say whether they have done me any good. Many cite improvement to memory or clarity of thought. I really can’t say that about this product. I have taken a gram of Resveratrol everyday for two months now with no more an improvement than when I go on a vegetable diet and cut most sugars out and/or get a good nights sleep. So even if the positive effects people are experiencing are genuine one can’t exclude the possibility that there’s a placebo effect. Once I’ve finished my 100g bag of Resveratrol and NMN ( I take a gram a day or that too in oil and yoghurt to increase absorption a la David Sinclair) then that’ll be me done. This stuff is REALLY expensive even if it is the genuine article. By the way, a more recent certificate of authenticity should be provided to maintain proof that what people are buying is 99% pure. There are so many bad and falsely advertised products on Amazon, Longevity Box should get regular updated certification by way of proof as to the purity of their products.

Don't listen to people complaining about the taste. I would be highly suspicious if pure resveratrol would not taste a bit bitter. For those sugar junkies running on carbs all day, nothing tastes good if it doesn't taste like a candy, as that's the only flavour they can still taste. If you're one of them - resveratrol will not help you either way, so forget it! For those of us running on keto the world is bursting with a flurry of flavours that we can appreciate. This one is worth investing in - good stuff.

Came and was already expired

I have tried many herbs, spices, pills to improve my health and I do say that most of them have helped but if I had only take two the this is one of them, my FitBit record my HRV levels, I have been using it for over a year and being 60yrs and ranges from 10-40 depending if I sleep well or restrict my alchoal. Over the last month taking this my HRV hasn’t dropped below 40. I do feel younger and last through day like I was younger.
