Twinklepoch JQAH-8 Neck Traction Device
I was using the older version of the Twinklepoch neck traction device and was very satisfied with the positive results I experienced.I now am using the upgraded version of the Twinklepoch neck traction device and my experience with the new version has been as follows:When I used the upgraded device for the first time, I found that it fitted on my shoulders and wrapped around my neck like a glove. It fits so well, is so comfortable, and positions my chin and jaw in such an effective way. This enables me to experience an effective neck traction. One of the biggest improvements is the design and operation of the side knobs. This makes it easier to be sure that you have applied the same amount of traction equally on the left side of your neck as on the right side of your neck.I have found that the back air bladder is effective in applying traction to the back side of my neck. The supplied battery operated automatic pump is a nice little luxury as well. The automatic pump supplies just the right volume of airflow so as to make it very easy to inflate the back air bladder to exactly the traction force you want. The Twinklepoch JQAH-8 is very sturdy and can be used as an effective neck brace as well if needed.I love it.

Pinched nerve relief
After consulting with my chiropractor and him suggesting some traction therapy, I purchased this item. It is fairly comfortable, easy to to fit and adjust. The electric inflation pump works well and is much easier then the manual units out there. I started with three 5 minute treatments each day and the pain decreased. Now I am doing three 15 minutes treatments a week for maintenance. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use traction unit.

Fair product
I like the product in the way it fits securely around my head and neck. It is very simple to use and adjust with the knows and inflation switch. My only issues would be there is no programs installed for distraction (there is only a sustained setting until manually deflating) and the airbag doesn't quite inflate enough to give me the level of distraction I want (I get more distraction using the knobs than I do with the inflation pumped up completely). I still find the device useful overall, but wish it fit a bit more snug with programs available to use.

Traction
Works as advertised, easy at-home traction for Cervical Spine issues. The pump works fast and holds a charge for a very long time. The unit is as comfortable as possible considering its function. Would recommend and buy again.

I was very pleased with this product.
I was told that I needed neck surgery with no hope of another option. I needed to wait over a year before I could get it done due to personal reasons so I bought this neck traction device hoping that it would help me until then. When it was time to get the surgery, all of the scans and tests showed zero change which I believe is a direct result of using this device. My condition came on quickly, and doing neck traction kept my neck from compressing worse before I could have the surgery done.I also had less tension and stiffness than I did before I used this. It was also great to be able to adjust to many different settings to maintain comfort, and do things around the house or use the computer while I was wearing it. I was very glad I made this purchase.

Works better for an average build
Read this if you're skinny/smaller than average! This item definitely has potential for a nice decompression. It is very simple to use. I've used it maybe 7 times over the last 3 days for 3-10 minutes at a time (I was pretty excited to try it). And I have gotten decent decompression from it. I'm 22 years old and don't suffer from any severe chronic back or neck pain, however I am always popping my joints, back, neck, and seeking ways to relax my body and fix my posture. I've used some "do it yourself" methods at home to quickly decompress my cervical and even get a small pop most times I attempt it. This device does get that same stretch as it's intended to.My problem with it so far, is that although it has a fair degree of adjustable position to suit the user, it does not fit me well. I use the tightest setting in the back and still have some wiggle room. The chin support turns into more of a mouth guard because my chin doesn't reach all the way over it. I end up getting a better grip on the back of my neck to utilize the occipital pressure the device is meant to give, when I take the pads off my shoulder and rest or hold them in front of my self, pulling it all forward so that the pad at the back of my neck is actually applying the pressure to cause the stretch effectively. This of course reduces the comfort of the device, not that the shoulder pads were too comfy or fitting to begin with. I am 5'8" and 135 pounds, very lean and definitely smaller than the average guy, so my problems are not something everyone would talk about. Or maybe it just doesn't fit most people, but I seem to be too small. If you're an average build, it might fit perfect with the decent range of adjustability. But if you're leaner/skinnier this is not going to fit perfectly, and it's not a great cost/benefit ratio.

Much better than the inflatables - but you pay for it
If you have compressed disk issues in your neck/upper back, this can be a life changer. It is very sturdy, and as comfortable as can be expected for being something that literally stretches you. It's a little tricky to figure out, but once you figure it out it is easy to use. It is a lot better than the inflatable neck stretchers, but you pay for that.
