Absolutely waterproof
Ordered about a fortnight ago and have now been able to use it for taking photos in the pool and going down slides. Works an absolute treat, keeps phone dry and take great photos and videos. Grandchildren were over the moon they could take holiday pics with no worries.

Worked perfectly
This was a really great buy for our holiday- kept my iPhone completely dry whilst at the water park and by the pool and in the sea! I was able to use the phone and touch screen whilst in the pouch (even wrote this review with it in the pouch!) and meant I could take my phone everywhere and capture some great picturesWe tested it in the bath before hand with tissues to make sure it worked and has been great

Useful, good value
So I’ve used this a lot, but I would say it is imperfect. Perhaps unlucky. Two were supplied but I’ve only used one. For normal use it’s great, but if I emerge it completely (testing in a sink or capsizing in the sea) it does leak quite a lot. So long as my phone is splash proof this is ok. I like that is good value and easy to use through the plastic and take photos etc. I may need to get a more expensive one though.EDIT: The product actually included two pouches: one leaks not the other yet. The company have seen this review and offered to replace or refund. Following their suggestion I’ve inspected the leaky one carefully and it has a hole in it right near the top where it was difficult to see. Hopefully the other will be better.

Good until it wasn't
Worked well at first but unfortunately it ended up being useless. When I wanted to film under water. It just keep zooming in from the pressure of the water touching the phone from the case. I got zero photos under the sea...which is why I purchased it in the first place.

Difficult to change phone settings while in water
Keeps phone sand free on beach and dry while snorkeling, however once underwater the touch screen doesn’t work. Using the volume buttons you can take a picture or start/stop video if option is pre-set before going underwater.
