Loved this product. It actually works. The amount if sweat it creates from just one work out is crazzyyyyyy. I wewe it over my gym clothes as I've got sensitive skin. It's really flexible aswel so one size will fit all. Ifs comfortable and soft. I put mine in the washing machine on a handwash setting and it has not affected it at all. Will recommend this if you are serious about trimming down your waist. You have to wear it while working out or else it dont work.

Going to award 5 star. I got this for my wife and she loves its and since she has been using it I have noticed she does sweat more on our work out sessions. The belt is always loaded with sweat so I have nothing bad to say. Still keeping an eye on this product to see overall results, but if we are talking about making you sweat, I have seen a lot of sweat generated. However, I do believe differing results may be due to levels of intensity of workout session. My used this thing during a session of Insanity and the sweat level substantially increased and the same during our gym workout sessions (she rarely sweats during Gym sessions). I'd recommend it seeing is believing. No negative skin reactions but again I am watching the product.

I have to return this, it didn’t fit as how I expected it to, it flimsy, and easily rolls down, no back support because it’s too thin, it needs to be thicker and firm to support the back x

Even if it’s a gimmick, which I think it is, I’m skeptical, I still love how it holds me in while working out & all the sweat I can visually see after the workout is worth it. I always think sweat is fat crying - so it makes me feel better, motivates me, and that’s what’s important.

So we all saw these kind of belts in different stores and they kind of all look the same. I thought so too until I tried Sweet Sweat. Like everyone else I started working out frequently during lockdown and I saw this belt so I ordered it. And I don’t regret it. Comfort: I ordered size medium and it is awesome. I was size 36-37 I would say prior. Now I am 34 and it still works great. It feels nice against the body not like other belts. Belt provides great support for lower back when performing exercises and at the same time helps you to sweat and get rid of water weight accumulated in your body. Another great thing is that it is super easy to clean. It comes with a baggie that you put it in and throw it in washing machine. Honestly don’t go any further, don’t spend money on any other belts and just get this one.

We bought these to use in conjunction with the smart hoops we purchased. It is a game changer. The hoop rotates around them smoothly and we sweat a ton!! We also use them for weights and core training! Great product!
