Super soft. Excellent water resistence - yes, I dumped a glass of water on it to see if any would leak through to the mattress. The mattress was perfectly dry. The water wiped off with paper towels. Helps keep the mattress cool and comfortable which is especially important here in the desert Southwest!

I washed the mattress protector and didn't have any issues with the quality. It did need to be dried on a medium heat for a little longer to ensure it was dry. I'd buy another, if I needed one.

this was fabulous - our daughter and son in law (6'2) found it totally comfortable, and it deflated as easily as it inflated. We've only tried it once so far, but that once was great.

Bought to protect mattress from senior doggy accidents and it's doing its job. I was worried it would be hot to sleep on because of the waterproof layer but don't even notice its there. Fits mattress perfectly and stays put but easy to wash when needed.
