BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY
Baking soda is said to be 100% sodium bicarbonate which comes from soda ash, which can be produced synthetically or harvested from natural sources. There is an argument that Baking Soda does not contain Aluminium however, as Aluminium is the third most abundant element in the earth's crust and is therefore a natural component of drinking water and foodstuffs, when baking soda is harvested from natural sources (trona ore) Aluminium can not be ruled out. Bearing in mind that Food is unquestionably the main source of aluminium intake and is to a certain extent unavoidable any opportunity to reduce this intake which is said to be connected to Alzheimer's disease is a good thing.

I ordered this last year and it was great, I reordered it a few month ago and they sent me baking powder instead, I wanted Bicarbonate of soda (Baking Soda) not baking powder!Not happy at all

Not what I odered
I love this brand, and decided to get the twin pack as I use it for so many things. I ordered Aluminium free but was given gluten free instead. Even the invoice said Aluminium free..not happy.
