Just like the real thing
Bought this for my son's third birthday and it's a clear winner. I love that it's made to scale and is accurate and he was very excited to get his combine harvester and has played with it non stop. So far it seems robust, the plastic is a lovely quality and the colours are nice. There are lots of features for him to play with. There are some small parts that small hands might want to pull off but that's to be expected with any child's toy.

For my farmyard crazy lad.
My little boy is absolutely combine crazy. He points out all the various farm equipment whilst we are on our travels and we wanted to purchase this to add to his collection. The quality is very good and the attention to detail is fantastic. The combine has moveable parts and what you would expect to move actually does, (he already has tried to harvest my poor grass). I am very impressed with this toy and bought with confidence as io have bought Bruder toys before and have been very impressed. 5 stars

Big and quite tough
Product has now survived a year with a fairly rough 3/4 year old and his 2/3 year old little cousin. It's quite big and the header (I think that's what the rotating bit at the front is called) spins round when lowered and driven across the carpet. Some of the small plastic bits have been pulled off but for the most part the toy is as it was when bought, which isn't bad at all. My little boy was very pleased with it and his friends make a beeline for it when playing farms.

Lovely toy-my 5 year old seems pleased with it
Lovely toy-my 5 year old seems pleased with it.Only negative is that I bought a Bruder man to fit in it and he's too big! I think that's because the scale of this toy is 1-20 when the rest are 1-16! This was a bit dispointing for me-my son doesn't seem bothered!!

Bruden combine harvester
I bought this combine for our 3 year old grandson. It is very much like the real thing and the parts that move are realistic. There is the same combine on a farm near us so he compares his play to the real thing!! Excellent quality and seems to be robust and being played with constantly since given to him. would recommend it.

Move over tractor ted we like our farm toys to look real!
Bought for our nephew. Gladly informed this was his favourite pressie that has gone everywhere with him. Note that this is not the same scale to the Bruder tractors...so if you are adding it to a collection and want things to look in proportion this will not work as it comes up small (I'm guessing this is done as combines are larger than tractors in real life and so if this was made to the same scale it would hamper playability for little ones). If you're not worried about proportions or was to buy a farm toy for a little one this one will be a hit (or a Bruder tractor...nephew already had New Holland tractor that was passed on from my son...this was a much loved toy by both boys too).

Great toy
Really pleased with this, very lifelike and realistic. Also reasonably sturdy, our 2 year old loves it and hasn't managed to break it yet, although some of the smaller details like ladder and hand rails are easily pulled off, but can be put back again.

Definitely would not recommend
Given today to my grandson for his third birthday & he is devastated because the header doesn’t stay on it keeps falling off & has done from the moment he took it out of the box .

Our son asked for a [Bruder] combain for Christmas. I picked this, but when I received it I had second thoughts about it...it was quite large and the front attachment had somewhat sharp "teeth"...I was contemplating to exchange it for chopper. In the end, I am glad I did not because our son loves this combain! He likes that it is exactly like the combains he has seen on the fields and in the books. He loves to drive it around, lower a lift up the header and "remove the grain" to trailer. There are small parts-- the red wheel from header fell off and two small circular gears fell out (these gears allow the red part turn when header is in low position and "cutting" crops. Easy to fix, but for now I removed the two small parts and installed the red part just for looks. I wish there was a way actually to get some grass processed into the body of the tractor and thrown out in the back. The only con is the price...I wish this toy was cheaper. All in all, I am happy to have one-piece toy at home (not another constructor with thousands of pieces;) that my son likes.
