This item I would highly recommend to anyone who falls asleep in a chair. At 72 I am an ardent sleeper and this fits the bill every time. Lovely and comfy. I purchased another for my husband and we both sit there with our necks supported watching tv and of course the inevitable snooze. Wonderful.

The inner structure soon broke with constant use

Bit too tight around neck. I could get passed that if it were not for the back of this product pressing hard against back of neck. Would have been more comfortable if it were bit thinner at back

Nice soft material, firm support, used it to support my neck on a plane for 11hours. It could be improved with a tie at the front to make it more secure for sleeping.

Does what it is suppose to, very firm and nice.I would have given 5 stars if the plastic bag it was in was cleaner.

This got me asleep on a long haul flight and was amazingly comfy. I usually don't sleep any where but knew I had to try something and this was great. It seems quite firm when you buy it but, trust me, it is so comfy to rest your head on. It also has a little elastic tag on it so you can hang it off your carry on luggage. Better than the bean bag ones.

Well made, good quality and provides comfortable neck support. Very good value for money.
