I just had a microdiscectomy back surgery and this is the best ice pack, hands down for back pain. I can lay down with it and just tuck the soft ties under my back and belly instead of dealing with uncomfortable Velcro. When I sit I can tie it around myself comfortably and take it off easily without pain or discomfort of having to rip Velcro apart. It also conforms to the back wonderfully and is soft, flexible, and never feels too cold...but stays the right kind of cold for a long time. No leaks.If they weren't so expensive, I'd order more than two so other people in my family could use them while I'm using mine. Amazing!

I have had multiple oral surgeries since 2022 and finally found this in anticipation of double jaw surgery (Orthognathic Surgery) in February 2024.This is better than the cloth “tie around your head” gear that you are given at the hospital because you don’t have to switch out the inserts, which do not stay cold for very long.This is better than the jelly/peas wraps because those fabrics are not comfortable on your face, they are “edged” in hard plastic, and your alternative is to turn it around and have the rubbery peas and sticky plastic against your face.This fabric is soft and an all-in-one wrap around. The Velcro stays in tact. It stays cold for the amount of time you want to ice your face. You can run it under water to clean it and then let it air dry. I had two of them so I could rotate them out. Would highly recommend.

I love this cube ice pack but I expected it to get more cold than it does. The cold goes away within 20 minutes but I normally don’t need an ice pack for more than that anyways. It’s super flexible can be used for all over your body.

I was on the hunt for something like this for the sole purpose of after receiving chin Lipo, being able to use a comfortable ice pack to help with the swelling.I chose this one, because instead of having two or three ice packs that are bulky, this is one that is flexible and fits to your skin because of how the little cubes are built inside. It is not hurting my cheeks or my jawline because it hugs every part of your face. it definitely stays cold for much longer than what I would need it to so it’s literally perfect for me. This is definitely worth the price for sure!The only con for me in this specific situation is the fact that the cold part comes up to my ears on both sides, and now my ears are cold as well. Maybe having an option where the cold part is not as long as well, would be beneficial. But honestly, I still love it because if I were to have a headache, it would reach exactly where I need it to. I've tried so many migraine ice caps. This brand is by far my favorite. The coldness lasts so long and gives me the most relief. I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed! I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money on other brands that only stay cool for 10 minutes. I hope Amazon continues to carry this product. Thank you for such a wonderful ice cap!

I dislike the fact that item gets a lot of frost on it in freezer, even though it’s in a sealed bag. It’s really too cold on the skin, would suggest a cover. The strap is helpful, easy to use

This is something that looks like it should not be comfortable - it is a gazillion little ice blocks - nd yet it is very comfortable!To wrap it, you pull the silky fabric and tie it in front. I find just a simple one over is just fine and it doesn't fall down. I wear this at home though when I can't move all that much due to back pain or sciatica.I haven't found the little ice bricks to leak at all yet. I don't know how long this wrap will last, but if it lasts for a couple years, I will have felt this to be a good purchase because I think there has to be a tradeoff between hard thick plastic durability that would be miserable to wear vs softer ice block shapes that are nice and comfortable. When my sciatica or lower lumber are hurting, the last thing I could bear would be something with hard edges digging into my back. This is what makes this a really nice back ice pack.I am severely allergic to neoprene, and this back ice pack has none of that. The fabric is a soft nylon and it is just slightly cushiony and very comfortable. I think it being thin helps the cold blocks reach your body better, but I do wear mine over a t-shirt.I think this was a really good purchase, and I will probably always have one of these in my freezer in a ziplock bag just waiting.Recommended!With the caveat to not smash down the ice bricks. This isn't something to do situps in! :) Treat it gently and it should do well. I do drive a couple hours while wearing this in a big truck, and found it to be fine worn while driving and doesn't get crushed. I am not moving around a lot while driving, but can lean back comfortably without hurting my back. YMMV, ha pun!

I have been having ankle pain and it was so annoying to have to place my ankle on ice pack and not move, this fits perfectly and I can move freely and ice pack stays in place. I also liked that it came with a bag you can put it in to put in freezer to protect it from food and food from it. So happy with purchase!!

I bought this for hot flashes and for putting on makeup in the morning when I’m running hot. It works fantastic! My Mom tried it and then she bought one too. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to receive this item, I have another one similar one and it is starting to fall apart as I use it weekly. When I tried this one on I could barely put my head through, I guess I have a bigger head than most... It does bring some kind of pressure which is nice but I wish it was a bit bigger. The flat and squared ice cubes are quite nice and comfortable when lying down, compared to others where the ice takes the shape they want which can be bumpy.

I'm very happy with these, they work great to keep cool in the heat

Stays cold a long time, but made for small heads. Really tight on my head.
