I have no idea if this works haven’t used it very long. Taste very good. Much better than swallowing pills and I hope it is effective for strengthening my bladder.

I was waking up every four hours due to urination urgency. My doctor suggested I try these after saw palmetto was a bust. I have been taking two daily for almost three weeks. Last night, I slept 7 uninterrupted hours for the first time in a year. It had to be because of these gummies. And don’t forget your kegals, too. They’re easy and helpful, as well.

They changed the product and these taste horrible! Do not waste the money. Very disappointed.

The gummies taste good, are relatively small and easy to chew and swallow. Honestly, I can't tell if they're working for my continence issues, which is why I take them. Prescription meds I've tried have adverse side-effects so I just take these and hope they keep me as continent as possible. That's why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 or 5. Just not sure.
