I leave this product in overnight once a week. I use the shampoo and conditioner from the same collection during the week. My hair quality has improved but I also haven't used any heat styling tools/hair dye for 12 weeks either. I think it is a good product but definitely very expensive. I have used this 3 times I think and there is still plenty left in the tub.

I have used Kerastase products for my hair for absolutely years now and they are always well worth the money. I had not used this particular strengthening and healing mask before and at first I was not sure of the result but after washing my hair a few days later with Kerastase shampoo I found it had given my hair such a boost.
