Box slightly damage when it arrived , nice size , and doesn’t look like a pop up tree, also look lovely lit up, easy to assemble , added a few more lights , and decorations, fairly sturdy , nice height , will pack away easily for storage, would definitely recommend and would buy again for another room .

I’m very impressed with the quality and the look of this Christmas tree. It’s so easy to assemble and looks beautiful. It looks better in reality than in the photo.

Great looking chriatmas tree. So easy to put up. We added a few more baubles but it looked great either way. The snow was a bit messy as it shed some but soon vacuumed up.

Took longer to get out of the box due to the poles been taped inside the box blocking the extraction of the tree, than it took to put it up. Looks beautiful albeit you can see the pole through the outer section and therefore, probably not as thick has indicated online. But nevertheless, it really is a beautiful tree. Wider at the base than originally thought it was going to be thanks to the wide bustle. Looks nice turned off as well as turned on which is nice. However, after just a couple of hours the tree sorted my electrics and I had to turn the fuse back on at the mains box, only for it to do the same thing about thirty minutes later and it kept on blowing the fuse off periodically for three or four days, so I decided I needed to return. Unfortunately, it was then sold out online but there was an option to purchase an ex-display model which was delivered yesterday (14th Dec). I had sold my original large tree so wan ted something quick and going for the same pop-up tree was the best option. However, the ex-display tree was obviously packed back into the box with little thought if any, the base, poles, plug etc. all thrown into the box with the tree. Therefore, when tree removed from the box nearly all the bubbles were off the tree. Thankfully some could just be screwed back on once I found the clip still attached to the tree, but several bubbles were totally off including the ties so had to tie them all back on. So probably doesn't look as good has the original tree but passable. Makes me think I will need to be very carefully when packing away to make sure the tree will be suitable for another year. My advice to anyone who has purchased this tree be very careful how you repack into the box because if packing without any thought or care will result in all the bubbles coming off the tree etc. not to mention all the artificial snow. However, I am sure with a little more care everything will be ok. I recommend has a brand-new product, but only has an ex-display as an absolute last resort.

We bought this to replace our Xmas tree and could not believe how easy it was to assemble but the best thing about it was how easy it was to disassemble and store cannot recommend it highly enough
