No Instructions or Adhesive were included as described in the item description
The shelves appear to be high quality. All that was in the box we received were the two shelves, no adhesive or instructions. Maybe it is obvious how to install them for some, but having even basic instructions would have been helpful.

Works as Intended
These are a bit larger than I expected, and led to what I would consider a bit of a bulky appearance when used in a standard size tub & tile build. Other than that, I have no complaints.
