Shipped fast. Installation was straight forward. Auger motor is quieter than the factory Traeger.My grill was barely getting to 350 degrees. And when it did it would not hold temp once meat was added to grill. Installed this kit and test ran it. It went to 425 in 13 min. Topped out at 445 a few minutes later.

This was a kit that was able to repair my pellet grill that I thought was ready for the salvage yard. It made my grill work like new again. Easy to use and all parts fit! 6 months latter and still going strong!

I had contemplated getting a new smoker, when my Traeger smoker stopped working. The auger motor died, and everything was old and on the verge of not working. I read about this company’s product and decided to pull the trigger. You need to partially disassemble your smoker, that can take hours to get to all the parts and clean your smoker. The fire pot was the hardest part to insert, but ultimately I was able to insert the new part after determining the proper way to rotate the pot to install, before trying to insert the screws.The wires were all labeled well and I was able to get all parts installed correctly. After a deep cleaning and degreasing, my Traeger now looks close to new. The temperature probe now works well, and gives accurate reading. I just smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving on my rebuilt smoker. This kit saved me from spending >$1,000 to replace my smoker, and now with the more powerful motor my smoker works works even better.

Igniter burn out while basting ribs halfway through cooking. Luckily I kept the old igniter and ash cup on hand as I was just replacing as a precaution. Huge hassle. The slag from the igniter mushroomed so badly I could not remove it out of the new ash cup and had to revert back to both the original igniter and ash cup. Hopefully it is not a trend with the rest of the parts like the auger motor and the blower motor.
