I thought the bundles would be longer
When I opened them they didn't look like the length described, It's good hair though overall so I'm still going to use it to see if the length is accurate. Hair is also very soft

Tangled during installation and has been awful since day one. I have conditioned it twice and neither helped. I did a cowash with silicone mix the the next week I used organix shampoo and conditioner.Update. After leaving review seller repeatedly messaged me to provide my email or whatsapp for a refund. I don’t write reviews to get money back. I write them to give an honest opinion. I believe that the positive reviews are revisions based on refunds received.
