Good for rats too!
Really good quality, durable foraging toy.Yes, there are cheaper (crappy) versions avaliable, but I wanted something sturdy and secure. The smarter of my rat boys loves spinning this and reaching his paws inside for treats. On the downside through; it's loud at night, so be warned. It is also a pain to take apart, refill and attach to the cage - I'm only doing this once a week, but if you had a 4 or more rats attacking this thing, it would get annoying if you had to refill everyday.Other than that, it's pretty good.

Very happy with my purchase!
Ordered it and it came after a couple of days even though I expected it to take perhaps a week maybe more. (I knew this when I ordered it). So delighted with that.It will take a lot of treats, nuts etc to fill the sections and it concerned me as I don't want my birds eating too many nuts and sugar foods so I just pack it with millet and they have to work to get the nuts and treats. They really love these toys - and it occupies a lot of their time which is exactly what I wanted. Very happy with this and I would recommend it for your parrot.

Alfie loves it.
My parrot Alfie is very skittish when it comes to new toys so I had a plan. I left the toy outside his cage close enough to the bars so he could play with it. Few days later put it in his cage half full of treats. Like, Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, Almonds, Macadamia Nuts, Pine Nuts, Pecans, Pistachio Nuts and Cashews nuts as well as candid peal and ZuPreem FruitBlend. He loves it and empties the try in a day. I refill every few days so he does not get too many nuts etc. When it's empty he says " Wheres me nuts " and laughs as he knows I will refill it when he needs it done. This toy for Alfie is the best I've bought in the 13 years I've owned him and I have to say it's great watching him play with it and get out all the treats. I am getting another for my other parrot to try. He's not a toy fan but he soon will be with luck. Added a picture of Alfie playing with the toy. 10/10 for the toy. 100% recommended for any African Gray or other big parrot. After 2 weeks my parrot now knows how to undo the clip at the bottom. I didn't think he would but he's a smart bird. Not sure how to deal with it. I may have to glue it down so he can't undo it. But that makes it harder to get the treats in.He's lifted the whole thing from the clips and threw it across his cage. I have to do something about it incase it falls on him. Just not sure what. Still love the treat toy and so does he. He laughts when he gets a nut out.

I wouldn't recommend
A good idea but badly thought through. Nightmare to fill as you need to take it apart, tricky to fit back on the back and I can see it breaking when clipping back on.I bought for my rats and they like it but the cons are too many.Sorry I wouldn't recommend. Very expensive for what it is.

Sturdy but pretty noisy
Bought for my rats, didn't take them long to understand it. Sturdy and fits snug against the bars, however it does get noisy, the spinning cover clatters against the casing and rattles once the food starts to get low. It's also started to squeak when being turned now.

Hate it
Product works well little hard to fill up but my issue is with how it attaches to the cage.the design is awful and I hate refiling it as such a hassle and a struggle to take it off and back on the cage.

Parrott Foraging Wheel
My little Indian ringneck parrotts love this they have sopon worked how to turn the handle on it in order to get to the treats..You do have to be carfeul what is placed in it as if it's small pieces of treats these just fall onto the floor when the wheel is turned.

nicely made, and maybe even for chickens :)
Looks nicely made. Going to try it out with some chickens for a bit of fun to see if they can master it. (If manically pecking at it can yield anything, they will definitely get something :)
