These worked for me. I sit at a desk for 8 or 9 hours, and my legs are either under my chair or slightly stretched out under my desk. I try to walk but the weekends are really the only time to do enough, so during the week I know my legs are swollen when I take off my socks and I can see the ring on my leg where the elastic was. - OK - thats the issue, now I have been searching for a way to help my legs "un-swell" I tried these because they seemed like they made sense.. so here is the good news - they did.. now a few things that I learned.. 1) the first time you hook them up its fairly simple but they are fairly big and although not cumbersome you are not going to be moving around so find a comfortable place to sit and put your legs up. 2) make sure you are close to an electric outlet or have an extension cord because these need AC power. 3) start slow, I am 6'1 190 and wear a size 11 1/2 and they fit just fine, I am sure that if you have short legs they will come up to your knees - not an issue they still will work 4) the controls are real basic - there are two main buttons compression & heat compression has three different types and can be low medium and high .. the heat has low medium and high. 5) these are great because they zip up like snow boots so you are not trapped undoing laces or velcro .. zip on zip off 6) Lease them on for a period of time If you do it for 5 minutes its probably too short.. however you do what feels good for you. 7) they will cycle between your feet and your calves, so while its not a massage per-se it does move the blood in your legs. They do come with a travel bag which is kind of nice since they do take up a bit of room on the floor or dresser. I love them -- and after a long day of not moving I know that I can go home and use these for 15 or 20 minutes and my legs feel better.

It is made very nice great quility, But the only problem I have with it is the foot part of it could inflate harder but the ankle and leg area work great and I use it on the highest seting witch I need and after using it for 20 mins when I remove it the swelling is down in my ankles and leg areas but Not my foot harley at all, I do have a lot going on and am going to keep using it and give it more time to see results, time will tell, theres 3 different settings the best or strongest one for me is the Cobination one the Sequeince seams way to weak other one is in between others not strong enough for me

Awesome product, can’t say enough good things. Applied two applications and what a difference. Feet and legs feel lighter, was able to walk up the stairs without pulling myself up by the handrail . Slept better that night with less leg fatigue . This after only one day. Highly recommend to anybody with poor circulation
