Q: I do construction. Can i still wear my shoes when they are peeling?

Yes, the peeling doesn’t hurt. You can still do your everyday life while it’s peeling. Wearing socks and shoes actually helped mine peel faster.

Q: For how long do I have to have these socks on??

I wear them for 60-90 minutes. Plus I wear a pair of cotton socks over the plastic to make sure that the plastic ones stay on the feet.

It does contain methylparabens. It's one of the last three ingredients.
