Expensive but seems to be working I’m clearing up my skin issues with ache

I've thought about these for ages, small and easy to swallow, no nasty taste, effective, cheap and I feel better already.

I had high hopes for this as I am trying to get my blood sugar a bit more even as it's gone a bit haywire in my post-menopause. However it was not to be as it just gave me a stomach upset with rather too many visits to the loo each day. I persevered for a week but this side effect did not improve so I had to throw in the towel and throw the inositol in the bin! What a shame. The star rating is annoying as rating the value, easy to swallow and flavour is all a bit irrelevant in this case, although they were easy to swallow and had no flavour.

I’ve struggled with regulating my periods and bloating for years now. I have been taking these for 4 months and have had a period every song month. The one month I ran out of tablets, my period was 3 late. May be a coincidence but genuinely believe they make a big difference Gorman regulation.As for the bloating, I began drinking 2/3 litres a day while taking these and noticed a big difference

I bought these on the recommendation of a friend and had been suffering a little mentally at the time and thought why not after he had reported such good results.Bottom line is that I feel a lot better taking 1 cap a day for the last 5 months or so, the difference is incredible and I feel like I am the best I can be and the irritability and mood rollercoasters have all but vanished now. I feel calm. I feel composed and I feel like I am able to take on the lumps and bumps that life has to offer me so much better than I have been. I can see that it caused issues with another reviewer, however, that has not been my experience and I have had no weight or digestion trouble at all, in fact thanks to the mental shift I'm able to be a lot more healthy than I had before and am working more efficiently in the gym etc.Can't recommend this enough and there is no sudden crash bang but you gradually get to a much better place over a couple of day and then its maintained. Will never stop taking these.
