Just heard from my friends who received this as a gift and they’ were disappointed with these dried fruits, not very tasty as they said and I’m wondering if they were stale.

Disappointed: nuts and fruit were stale

This is our 2nd box and will keep ordering.

I gifted some of these and then tried one. I expected the sizes, it's not crazy small. But All of the nuts are stale. Fruit not as bad but gooey on the inside of the plastic and outside of the box. I looked at reviews now and saw someone said tbey seemed like they had been exposed to moisture. Yeah, soft and blech, some kind of age/moisture/temperature issue for the one I tested. Maybe half the kiwi in the pic, same for apples. By weight would be the answer I guess. And I guess two stars is probably two generous.
